HELPING US TO SERVE YOU!

  • Prices for services at the Diamond Hair Express do not include the cost of hair.
  • Diamond Hair Express aims to please all clients. Issues must be addressed at the time of service so they can be properly handled. Please notify us within 24 hours if you notice an issue after you have left the salon.
  • There will be no refunds on services or hair. Prices are subject to change.
  • We suggest early arrival. Walk-ins are excepted all day during business hours. We will take our last walk in 30 minutes before closing, only when the supply can meet the demand. We have the right to refuse any customer.
  • We use an express weaving technique called double tracking. Any other technique will result in additional fees. Please choose the weaving technique of your style of choice at the start of service.
  • Diamond Hair Express is not responsible for items left at the salon or stolen from the salon.
  • Men , Children, or anyone else are not allowed unless they are being serviced. No pets allowed.
  • We except cash, Credit, or debit as forms of payment only. No personal checks will be accepted . Payment will be collected before the service is rendered.
  • The waiting area will be reserved for those waiting for service only.
  • You are responsible for maintaining your hair in order to get the longest
  • wear possible. We are not responsible for hair purchased outside of our salon, or negligence of our hair, on the
    customers behalf.
  • Please use appropriate language and behavior. Anyone using inappropriate language or behavior will be asked to leave.
  • Any customer that doesn’t accept our policies will not be rendered services.
